Hi, I'm James
I picked up a camera for a friend's open house in 2017 and never put it down. Since then I've shot more than 900 listings — condos, Victorians, new builds, and everything between.
My rule is simple: the photos should look like the home on its very best day. Bright but believable. Wide but honest. And back in your inbox before your deadline, not after it.

How a shoot works
A predictable process, from booking to gallery delivery.

Plan the shoot
You send the address, the listing date, and any must-have angles. I confirm a slot within one business day and share a prep checklist for the sellers.

Shoot day
I arrive early, walk the light, and shoot every room plus exteriors and drone frames where permitted. Most homes take 60 to 90 minutes.

Edit & deliver
HDR blending, straightening, and retouching overnight. Your gallery lands the next morning, sized for the MLS, brochures, and social.
