What the shoot entails
I walk the home for light first, then shoot every room, hallway transition, and exterior angle your MLS sheet needs. Frames are bracketed for HDR so windows hold their view and shadows stay clean — no flashy, overcooked look.
- 25–50 HDR-blended photos depending on home size
- Verticals straightened, colors true to the room
- Front, rear, and street exteriors included
- Next-morning delivery in MLS, print, and social sizes
From booking to gallery
01
Book & prep
Pick a slot and forward the seller prep checklist — declutter, lights on, blinds half-open. I confirm the night before.
02
Shoot day
60–90 minutes on site. I style as I go — fluffing pillows, hiding cords — so rooms photograph their best without a stager on standby.
03
Edit & deliver
Overnight HDR edit and a private gallery link by 9 a.m. One revision round is always included.
Common questions
How fast is turnaround?
Next morning by 9 a.m. as standard. Same-evening rush is available when your listing can't wait.
Do the photos ever mislead buyers?
No. Wide angles show whole rooms, but I never stretch walls or fake views. What buyers see is what they walk into.
What if the weather is bad?
We shoot interiors regardless and reschedule exteriors free within 7 days — or finish with a sky replacement from the store.
