What retouching covers
Every edit starts from your bracketed frames — never a single JPEG pushed too far. The goal is the home on its best day: glowing windows with real views, skies with depth, lawns alive, and not a stray cord in sight.
- HDR blending, window pulls, and perspective correction
- Day-to-twilight conversions and sky replacements
- Object, cord, and clutter removal; lawn enhancement
- Virtual-staging-ready files with clean plates

Common questions
How much editing is too much?
I follow MLS rules: enhance light and color, never move walls, erase flaws, or fake views. If an edit would surprise a buyer in person, I won't do it.
What files should I send?
Bracketed exposures are ideal; single RAWs work too. Phone photos can be cleaned up, but the ceiling is lower — ask first.
Can I get the same look every time?
Yes. Repeat clients get a saved profile — same white balance, contrast, and sky style across every listing.
