Video Color Grading

The difference between footage and film. A calibrated, consistent grade that makes every cut — walkthrough, aerial, Reel — feel like one listing.

What grading entails

Mixed lighting is the enemy of listing video — tungsten halls, daylight windows, LED kitchens in one pan. I balance every shot on scopes, match cameras, then apply a restrained filmic look that flatters without lying about the home.

  • White-balance and exposure matching across all cameras
  • Filmic signature look with honest skin tones
  • Separate trims for MLS, YouTube, and vertical social
  • Grading included with films; standalone for your footage

The grade pipeline

01

Balance

Every clip corrected to neutral on scopes — no more orange hallways or blue bathrooms.

02

Match

Gimbal, drone, and detail cameras brought to one baseline so cuts feel invisible.

03

Look

The signature finish: gentle contrast, clean whites, and warmth that reads as welcome.

Common questions

Can you grade footage I shot myself?

Yes — send camera originals (log or standard) and I'll return graded masters plus social trims. Well-exposed footage grades best; ask before sending phone clips.

Will my home's colors stay accurate?

That's the priority. The look adds depth and warmth but wall colors, wood tones, and finishes stay true — verified against the stills.

How long does grading take?

Included with listing films (3-day film turnaround). Standalone grades return in 48 hours with one revision round.
