What aerials entail
I'm an FAA Part 107 pilot, so flights are planned around airspace, weather, and privacy — with LAANC authorization filed before shoot day wherever controlled airspace applies. You get stills that orient the buyer, not just pretty sky.
- Overhead lot-line and boundary-context frames
- Low oblique exteriors with street and landscape
- Roof, yard, and amenity documentation angles
- All authorizations handled; fully insured flights
Flight plan
01
Airspace check
I verify the address against sectional charts and file LAANC approval where needed — most Bay Area suburbs clear same-day.
02
Flight window
Twenty to thirty minutes on site, usually paired with the ground shoot. Golden hour booked for premium listings.
03
Delivery
Graded, straightened aerials in the same next-day gallery as your interiors — plus orbit clips if film is booked.
Common questions
Are drone flights legal in my area?
Almost always, with authorization. I check airspace before every booking and tell you upfront if a restriction applies — no last-minute surprises.
What about neighbors' privacy?
Flights stay over the subject property and public space, and frames are composed to feature your listing — not anyone's backyard barbecue.
Is it worth it for condos?
Often yes for view units and complexes with amenities — pools, courtyards, and rooftops photograph beautifully from a low oblique angle.
